Bright Star Security, Inc. provides a dispatcher to assist On Site & Patrol Officers in the performance of their duties. All Officers are equipped with 2 way radio communications with our Dispatch Center. They can assist you, our client, in obtaining real time information during critical situations. We can answer your phone after hours. We also will provide radio dispatching for your company after hours.

Bright Star Security, Inc. has installed the TouchProbe® System at all our Patrol Sites. This means we can verify the exact times that our patrol officers were at your site each night. This new service has been put into place at no increase in cost to our clients.
